Vegan Tasting Menu at The Marlborough Tavern, Wednesday 29 January
Miso-glazed hasselback yam, maple and soy wild mushrooms; salt and pepper banana blossom with shredded green papaya, toasted peanuts and green chilli jam; Goan-style curry with roasted cauliflower, pulled jackfruit, coconut wild rice and broccoli pakoras… these are just some of the tantalising dishes/flavour combinations on head chef Jack Scaterfield’s splendid 5-course feast that’ll be served at The Marlborough Tavern on Wednesday 29 January (peruse the full line-up here).
