Unmissable December dates for your diary at The Bath Priory

A gloriously glamorous Bûche de Noël is the ultimate festive feast centrepiece. But it doesn’t have to be the stuff of foodie dreams! On Tuesday 3 December, the Bath Priory’s Executive Chef Michael Nizzero and his pastry team will demonstrate how to create the perfect BdeN, offering us the opportunity to explore the different flavours of sponges and creams (and which work best together!) and sharing insider tips for perfecting this wonderful sweet treat. After the class, enjoy a luxurious festive Champagne Afternoon Tea including a selection of freshly cut sandwiches, delicious homemade cakes and warm scones served with clotted cream and local preserves alongside an extensive selection of teas and coffee and a glass of Champagne, all for just £55pp. On from this…

The Bath Priory’s Christmas Carol Concert and Dinner events on Thursday 12 and Monday 23 December combine tradition with elegance in full-on fine festive style. Both ‘black tie’ evenings begin with a Champagne and canapés reception in the Drawing room, followed by a festive carol concert courtesy of the Bath Chorus Choir under the direction of legendary choirmaster Grenville Jones before a 4-course dinner served with wonderful wines carefully selected to match each course for £145pp.

And on Thursday 19 December, Michael Nizzero and The Bath Priory’s Head Sommelier are joining forces to host a unique event sharing their expert insight into the world of fine food and wines; put all your burning questions to them over drinks and canapés before indulging in a 3-course lunch with a glass of wine followed by coffee and petits fours for just £55pp.
