Lovin’ the work of Hugh Prentice, the resourceful guy responsible for collecting 40 kilos of used coffee grounds from cafes around Bath every day and using them to grow mushrooms in the vaults beneath Green Park Station. Excitedly oinking about The Pig’s inaugural double-page foodie spread in Bristol’s super-fabulous Shipshape magazine – it’s a brand new collaboration that makes the very most of a very tasteful tale (tail?) of two cities.
