This week, The Pig is mostly…

Poised to take Piglets on a culinary journey around the hottest eateries in Bath and Bristol, starting with an exclusive Pig Supper Club launch event in February. Each month, The Pig will liaise with with a Sty Member restaurant, bar or cafe who will put together a food and drink experience exclusive to Pig Guide Supper Club members. To register for membership and receive full details of our first event, drop us a line: thepigguide@gmail.com

Making the very most of Bath’s cosiest winter hotspots – the places that put a smile on your face regardless of the chill factor on the streets. If you’re in need of defrosting, try afternoon tea at Bea’s Vintage Tea Rooms, a fireside table at the Crystal Palace pub (pictured) or a steaming dish of Massamann lamb at Koh Thai Tapas – et voila! Heart cockles duly warmed.

Lovin’ the fact that Made By Ben is now open until 6pm every evening, meaning that hungry piggies can grab dinner-to-go on the way home from work. This little piggy particularly recommends that you grab one of those award winning pies…

Planning on getting busy with the fizzy at the Louis Roederer Champagne and Wine Dinner at the Allium Brasserie on Thursday 6 February. Expect to sample exquisite tipples especially selected to accompany every course of a gourmet menu (courtesy of head chef Chris Staines) all for just £60pp. Hic!
