Preparing for a full-on Pig out at the Weston‘s Westonbury Weekend festival in aid of the Wiltshire Air Ambulance on Friday 12-Saturday 13 September. Expect live music (including a special appearance from classic soul and disco tributeers Soul Vaccination on the Friday evening), craft beers, ciders and a cocktail bar, and – ta-dah! – a top-to-toe pig menu on the Saturday. Oink oink indeed!

Urging sourdough-addicted piggies to book now for Ottavia in Cuccina‘s very special Sourdough Class (that’s one of her lovely loaves pictured) – open to just 4 people – on Saturday 13 September. During this unique workshop, Ottavia aims to “celebrate the beauty and pleasure of wild yeast baking and dispel some those unnecessary myths and fears” at this very special event, part of her Sourdough September celebrations

Reminding Great British Bake Off addicts that Paul “It’s got a good wobble” Hollywood will be hosting an evening of baking (of course), fun and general swooning over his distinctly non-soggy bottom at the Forum on Thursday 13 November. If you’re reading this, Paul, The Pig would be delighted if you’d come and judge our own Great Bath Bake Off in October…
