The Genesis Trust Souper Fresh 15 cookery book, available now!
Following on from the huge success of last autumn’s innovative Souper November fundraising initiative, the Genesis Trust have joined forces with Bath-based food branding agency The Collaborators to produce the ‘Souper Fresh 15’ cookery book: a compilation of 15 wonderful soup recipes donated by local chefs who supported the campaign, which has so far raised over £5000 in much-needed funds. The book include a recipe from MasterChef champion Ping Coombes and an exclusive brew from Rachel Demuth alongside sparkling contributions from local award-winning chefs including Sam Moody, Chris Cleghorn and Chris Staines (the Bath Priory, the Olive Tree and the Allium Brasserie respectively), heart-warming inspirations from local farm shops including Hartley Farm and a budget-friendly onion soup recipe from Genesis Trust clients who have been attending a Cooking on a Budget course organised by Bath College. To grab your copy, simply click here, make a minimum donation of just £4, et voila: you’ve grabbed yourself a set of lively, nourishing soup recipes set to sustain your at-home menu inspirations throughout the winter months…and offer invaluable support to those who really need it as you slurp.
