Tom yum hot and sour soup served with sweetcorn fritters, tiger prawns and tempura queen scallops; pad kapraw with crispy ribs, panko quail’s eggs and holy basil. Chargrilled baby monkfish skewers; roasted duck breast penang curry; green banana fritters with coconut ice cream and kaffir lime syrup… okay, is your mouth watering yet?
