Thai Night/A Taste of India at the Marlborough Tavern, Wednesday 23 February/Wednesday 16 March

Following hot on the heels of their spectacular Burns Night event in January, the Marlborough Tavern is hosting two more fabulous foodie events on Wednesday 23 February and Wednesday 16 March.

First stop on MT head chef Jack Scarterfield’s whistlestop global tour: we’re off to… Thailand! Indulge your senses in a 5-course feast including Thai tongue-titivators such as Tom Yum, Pad Ka Praw, Cornish King Crab Som Tam and Guinea Fowl Jungle Curry (see here for the full menu details and line-up) and prepare to be Thai-tantalised.

Next stop: A Taste of India, Wednesday 16 March; if you, like me, have never tasted Tandoori Quail, Beef Shin Bhuna or Peshwari Bream, now’s your chance!
