Spring Menu Supper Club at Chequers, Thursday 12 May

The Pig Guide is eagerly anticipating checking in to The Chequers on Thursday 12 May, when head chef Tony Casey will be transforming some of the west country’s finest seasonal produce including locally-reared spring lamb and duck, fish from the Cornish coast, fresh vegetables grown right here in Bath and hand-foraged elderflower and dandelions into an exciting 6-course tasting menu specifically designed to tantalise palates that are springing into life in readiness for a brand new season.
