Spectacular Spring Feast at The Marlborough Tavern, Wednesday 22 May
Asparagus, fresh peas, spring truffle. Mackerel, rhubarb, chicory. Wild garlic and rainbow radishes; spring lamb with Jersey Royals; strawberries, lavender and lemon curd… all these fabulous flavours are all part of the lineup that combines to create the quintessential taste of the British springtime.
To celebrate the very best locally-sourced, new season produce, Marlborough Tavern head chef Jack Scaterfield is bringing all of them (and more) together in a range of spectacular dishes across one fabulous, 5-course feast (see the full menu here) to be served on Wednesday 22 May.
