Pig Guide Supper Club at Bistrot Pierre, Wednesday 1 July

Eagle-eyed Piggies (now there’s an image to contend with!) will have spotted that we’ve been hinting about our forthcoming Pig Guide Supper Club collaboration with très amiable Bath newcomers Bistrot Pierre for quite some time now – in fact, several of you have already booked places. If, however, you’re not one of those fastest-fingers-first types, we’re proud to finally reveal the full lowdown.

We’re all getting together in BP’s new George Street restaurant at 7.30pm on Wednesday 1 July to offer a big Pig Guide warm welcome this lovely, lively, Gallic bistro and allow Pig Guide followers to be amongst the first to sample the delights on offer. A very special price of £35pp gets you a glass of fizz on arrival, a selection of appetizers, your choice of dishes from a fabulous 3-course menu that flaunts a delectable range of classic French options such aspâté de campagne, porc au Calvados, loup de mer en papillote, boeuf bourguignon and, n’est pas, steak-frites and crème brûlée plus a carafe of red, white or rose house wine.
