Pig Guide Pizza Party at Dough Pizza, Thursday 26 January

We’re delighted to confirm that the next exclusive Pig Guide Supper Club will take place at the delectable Dough Pizza on the evening of Thursday 26 January.

We’ve worked in close collaboration with Dough Pizza co-proprietor/head chef (and ‘pizza acrobat,’ no less!) Emiliano Tunno to devise a very special pizza tasting event that’s set to highlight the unique charms of an elegantly cosy emporium that we believe proves that not all pizzas are equal. For one night only, this is your opportunity to join Emiliano as he takes us on a journey through the seven – yes, seven! – doughs that he uses as the base for enticing oven-fired delights such as the Poker, the Capische and Le Freak: hemp, turmeric, grano arso, kamut, multi-grain, gluten free and seaweed varieties will each take their moment in the spotlight, teamed with the toppings that showcase each individual dough’s character to its very best advantage. As the evening rolls along, Emiliano will also share the inspiration behind his menus and explain why pizza can be a very healthy menu option indeed… oh, and there’ll be an interactive dough-spinning demonstration/competition too; if you think you know all there is to know about pizza, prepare to have your perceptions seriously challenged.

Tickets for this exclusive event cost just £32pp to include a drink on arrival, a full-on pizza feast and all manner of cheffy surprises served up in a sociable ‘family supper’ environment and dishes can be adapted to suit vegetarian/gluten free diners, so let us know if you have any specific dietary requests.
