Oscar's Easter Eggs-Travaganza at Ston Easton Park

Those friendly folk at elegant, historic Ston Easton Park Hotel (home to superchef Daniel Moon’s fabulous kitchen) don’t believe that Easter is just for kids; they believe that adults and their four legged friends deserve to join in the fun too… and they’ve organised a very special event on Easter Sunday 5 April to prove their point. ‘Oscar’s Easter Eggs-Travaganza’ – named in honour of the hotel’s very own Cocker Spaniel (pictured), who will of course be hosting the event on the day and recording all the canine goings-on with his own live-action camera, too – will see hundreds of perky pooches take to the Ston Easton gardens and grounds resulting in Somerset’s biggest doggy treasure hunt. Lucky Labradors, blessed Beagles, precious Poodles and many more delightful doggies will be able to nose out their very own Easter ‘eggs’ in the form of tasty (and healthy) dog treats dotted around the walk. The event is free to all, and there will be a raffle held on the day to raise much-need funds for Bath Cats and Dogs Home to really put the ‘aw’ into paws. It’s also worth mentioning here that Mr Moon’s special Easter Sunday Lunch looks rather tasty too; woof woof indeed!
