Described by Iranian-born Simi as an experience “more akin to dinner at a friend’s house than a formal cookery course affair”, Persian cookery classes at Simi’s Kitchen are gaining a solid reputation for being amongst the most fulfilling food-related pastime available in our locale. Currently trending are classes based around a Rice/Khoresht Masterclass theme, a foray into Herbs as Ingredients, the Persian Feast and a crash course in how not to be afraid of a Gluten-free diet. Daytime, weekend and/or evening classes for groups between 2-6 people can be customised specifically for vegetarians, vegans or coeliacs and all take place in Simi’s warm and welcoming Great Pulteney Street home.
