New Bath restaurant opening: Boho Marché

Brand new restaurant venture Boho Marché – which promises to “bring the exotic warmth and flavours of Morocco and the Mediterranean to the heart of Bath” – is poised to open its doors at the Francis Hotel (Queens Square) on Thursday 3 December.

What will it look like? “Like a never-ending summer, fusing Parisian café culture with lush tropical greenery, Andalusian floral walkways and punctuated with cues from the infinitely stylish era of the 1970s in Marrakech.”

What’s on the menu? “Modern, playful Mediterranean and Moroccan dishes bursting with colour and flavours from shakshuka to Moroccan butternut curry, truffle tagliatelle, sharing steaks and indulgent desserts.”

What does The Pig have to say about all this? “Bring. It. On!”
