Neston Park Food Festival, Sunday 17 July
The lovely folk at Neston Park Farm (in Atworth, just a short pootle away from Bath on the A365 twixt Box and Melksham) are inviting us to set up camp in their garden, kick back and chillax at their Food Festival on Sunday 17 July when an array of what the organisers describe as “the very best food, drink, music and activities that the south west has to offer” is poised to make this super summertime shebang one to remember.
On the food demonstration timetable, British Barbecue champion Kevin Baldwin, “Green Goddess” Rachel Demuth and Persian/Azerbaijani cookery teacher Simi Rezai will be sharing all manner of tips and inspirations between 11am-2pm, while the afternoon is dominated (in the nicest possible way!) by music from Joe Probert and the wonderful Gaulois Brothers. Alongside all this, a whole host of local suppliers and artisan producers will assemble to flaunt their wares, share tasters and, of course, provide tasteful retail therapy opportunities, while face-painting and a bouncy castle keeps little (and big!) kids entertained. Tickets cost just £5pp, and children under 12 go free – party on indeed! See you there, Piggies? Call 01225 700881 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.Categorised in: News
