Maculan Wine Dinner at The Bath Priory
Every so often (but not that often – perfect partnerships of this calibre don’t come along every day), The Bath Priory teams up with some of the world’s best vineyards to offer exclusive opportunities to taste their best vintages matched to a Michelin-starred feast skilfully crafted by Bath Priory Executive Chef Sam Moody… and there’s a really special event of this kind just around the corner.
On Thursday 24 September, representatives of the Maculan family – who have been making wine for three generations in Breganze, a small town in the foothills of the Dolomite mountains northwest of Venice – will showcase a selection of their best vintages carefully matched to compliment a menu that includes dishes such as home-cured bresaola, seared Cornish mackerel, roast loin of venison and prune and Armagnac soufflé. Tickets just £95pp to include canapés, a four-course dinner, the accompanying Wine Flight and coffee and petits fours at home time for just £95 per person.
