Inaugural Cafe L’ard Vegetarian Supper Club, Saturday 8 April
If you fancy sampling five fresh, wholesome, super-seasonal, perfectly pretty courses of vegetarian food served up in relaxed, sociable surroundings for just £25pp, get yourself along to the Chapel Arts Cafe (Lower Borough Walls) this Saturday 8 April and help Cafe L’ard celebrate their very first Supper Club get-together.
Cafe L’ard is the brainchild of charming Chef Carole, who trained at the Vegetarian Society in Manchester, holds an auspicious Professional Cordon Vert Diploma and has almost three decades of foodie-fabulous experience on her CV. “I’m good with meat and even better with fish, but it’s veggie food that I consider to be my speciality,” says Carole. And this Saturday evening, we’re all offered the opportunity to eat her words. Hoorah!
The small print: booking is essential, walk-ins cannot be accommodated; to book, email firstname.lastname@example.org asap. Fancy a tipple with that? This is a BYO affair, yay! And by the way… no, Carole does not actually cook with lard. For regular news and updates from Cafe L’ard, follow Chef Carole on Twitter @Cafelard
