gourmet autumn feasts at the Shrubbery Restaurant, Bath College
Exciting news has just hit the inbox at PG HQ regarding this season’s Themed Menu events at Bath College Catering Department’s Shrubbery Restaurant, where all dishes are prepared, cooked and served by students who also work in liaison with hospitality experts from The Pig Hotel (no relation!)… and some very exciting special guest chefs.
The Autumn Gourmet Dinner (Thursday 20 October) involves former students including Michelin-starred chef André Garret and Jon Howe (owner of the award-winning Lumiere in Cheltenham). This very special feast begins with a welcome drink and canapés before moving on to present a 6-course Tasting Menu overseen by Garry (The Scallop Shell) Rosser and Stuart (Woods Restaurant) Ash, all for the unbelievable price of just £49pp, to include a small Wine Flight – if you miss this, you’ll seriously miss out. Can’t make the date? Worry not!
