exclusive Pig Guide Supper Club at The Chequers, Wednesday 20 January

To start a brand new year off in a suitably tasteful, exciting manner, The Pig Guide is delighted to announce the first in a season of properly exciting Pig Guide Supper Club collaborations, kicking off in fine style on Wednesday 20 January at The Chequers.

This unique, exclusive event (available to Pig people only for just one evening) will present a fabulous menu specifically designed to showcase bright young superchef Tony Casey’s inimitable skills and charms, and formally welcome him to his new role as Chequers Head Chef. The 7-course feast will include dishes such as raw and pickled beetroot served with truffled goats cheese, hay ash, walnuts and onion seeds; salmon in both mousse and teriyaki format accompanied by lotus root, miso mayo and kohlrabi; a pork ‘nose to tail’ spectacular… and a very special sweet treat at the finishing line. And there’s some really good news for your wallet, too: tickets for the supper cost just £39 per person (£39! Now that’s what we call a bargain!), and you can choose to take an optional Wine Flight featuring amazing tipples from lesser-known, independent artisan vineyards to complement your supper for just £18pp. Please also note that dietary requirements won’t represent any boundaries, as gluten free/vegetarian options can easily be catered for – just let us know of your preferences at the time of booking, and your wishes will be granted.
