Cock and Bull Festival, Friday 10-Sunday 12 August – do NOT miss this!

Described by the organisers as a “festival how a festival should be,” the Cock and Bull Festival is a farmyard knees up for the mind, body and soul… with a great big heart at the epicentre of the festivities.

Hidden away in a secret bucolic location just up t’road from Bath, this small shebang has a big vision: 100% of the profits raised will go directly to the Jamie’s Farm charity, which works all year round to support and engage young people who are at risk of being excluded from education and society by hosting residential stays on the farm and using a mixture of farming, family and therapy to inspire them on the path towards a bright future – what’s not to love about all that? So…

Grab your wellies and prepare to go (tastefully!) wild in the country over a weekend that will involve plenty of food and drink (all festival food on offer will be prepared by the Jamie’s Farm head chef, alongside a BBQ run by the the local butcher, a deli and cafe area and bars specialising in the finest local brews); live music to suit all tastes plus DJs spinning toons well into the night; the Farmer Olympics (yes, really!); fascinating talks and debates hosted by Jamie’s Farm staff and special guest speakers, and craft-based workshops – click on this link for the full lineup of music, events and activities, and then click on this link to purchase those all-important tickets – prices vary depending on whether you’re planning on partying and camping all weekend or just attending for a day (children under 5 go free.)

Seriously, Piggies: this is one very special festival that you really don’t want to miss.
